  1. Its quite expensive restaurant, according to indian rates. But good food has no value.

  3. If you are new to Kerala cuisine, the ambience and the service might lead you to believe that you had an authentic Kerala meal at Coconut Grove. But if you are going there to remind your tastebuds of the magic of coconut oil in cooking, you'll return quite disappointed because personally I found the food to be quite pedestrian.

  5. Just went there yesterday, and being from Kerala, I was just a bit disappointed with the fare. I had the vegetarian thali and appam (rice pancakes) and vegetable stew. The appams were good (a bit sweet) and the stew was not bad. But was disappointed with the thali which is an assortment of all dishes (I felt there was not enough quantity of curries to go with the rice). I would rate this as an average place for the taste and authenticity of the food, but it does offer a rather nice spacious and relaxed atmosphere. According to my visit yesterday, I would give it an overall rating of 3/5. HTH
