We supposedly have all these right....BUT....

Did our founding father intend for there to be so many restrictions and exceptions for our rights?

  1. I don't think they intended for a president like Bush to trample upon it so openly and for the American people to seem like they just don't care.

  2. Too many government officials, even if they are lawyers, give it lip service but then flagrantly ignore it.

  3. Sometimes I wonder as our rights are (Now) being stripped away 1 by 1. In fact in Ohio I read in the news they are trying to pass a law that allow authorities to come and sieze your dog and (put them down) if He is a pit bull.or bully type. Whether he is a fighter or the family pet. TRUE STORY! I could not believe this when I heard it. I have 2 dogs but they are not pitties but i am completly against it.

I am VERY angry about this why not punish the evil people who fight them instead of the breed. What are they then going to

do if a poodle attcks a child take all them and put them to death???!!! See my question I asked on y/a (below) check this out my questions are private but you can type this in the top browser and it will come up.

  4. Well, this one is easy.

    Yes.

  5. Sadly no.  After 7 years of "anti-terrorism" legislation it has been virtually eliminated.

    Patriot Act

    Military Commissions Act

    Patriot Act 2

The John Warner Defense Authorization Act

    The Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act....etc..etc.

Please Google these Acts if you have no idea what I'm talking about.

  6. There are a lot of people that see things your way. The only thing is that we are not looked upon as U.S. citizens but as a bother to these pumped up lawyers that seem to have a lot of "interests" we are not privey to. A movement of maximum proportions is on the horizon. Check us out at 4thofjulybrigade.com. We are just concerned Americans looking out for our offspring and America as a whole. (We have been ousted by Yahoo for not following their rules three times now, so hopefully you can recieve this.)

  7. Yes, it is valid. We need to take them on and get them back. I don't think that's going to happen.

  8. The constitution is absolutely valid the problem our great elected officials have a different agenda.   Thats the purpose of the second amendment when they go too far we will do what it takes to ratify this problem

  9. It's just valid when the new president signs into office.
