Is the DSB Bank, located in Wognum Netherlands a legitimate Banking Instiution?

I've recieved notice that I have won the EuroMillions Lottery. The winning prize money has been deposited in DSB Bank NV Nerherlands awaiting my transfer. Is this truely a legitimate Lottery and Bank?

if you entered it then yes if not no there lots of scams out there unless u play it dont touch it.

it goes in your bank then goes out you only get a % of the money then the bank finds out it is a fake and you are in debt and have to pay the money back
