My firewire connection between my computer and my Canon HV20 reads HDV/DV on the camera's LCD screen. However, the reading changes to DV-OUT when capturing into Adobe Premiere or importing into iMovie. Is this just a standard reading or should it be reading HDV-OUT when working with HD footage and editing software preset are in HD?
