Is the Dark Knight strikes again by frank millar any good?

I only started reading the Dark Knight returns and I think its phenominal but I found out there was second one and I;'m just wondering is it as good as the first?

I heard it was c**p, so never read it; but I probably will as the first was so good. Sorry to give such a c**p answer.

It's nowhere near as good as "The Dark Knight Returns."  I think Miller tried to incorporate some manga influences into DKSA but it really didn't work.
