Any democratic leader looking bad, caught in any scandal, hurt in any way, any kind of bad event for supporters: Bush is behind it.

That way, if it happens, we can all say (Like they did with Clinton, like they do with any group they want to slander and libel) "Look, see?  It's a conspiracy! We predicted it so it must be true!"
