Is the Dual XDVD8183 a good system?

Question

i dual is like a cheap brand but does anyone have this or has had any expierences with it.

i would beware of buying a cheap brand like dual for a motorized dvd head unit. i just cuurently bought a motorized dvd head unit and shopped around alot. the cheaper brands usually arent made to the quality of say pioneer or alpine, and with a motorized head unit you will be using the motors life fairly quickly so a better quality head unit would most likely be you best bet. i work at an electronics store and we sell a JVC dvd unit that would probly last longer than the dual for about $500. try going to a custom audio shop and asking them what a good solution would be. I personally would not buy a Dual Dvd headunit.
