Is the ECHO a good car to buy used?

What are the mpg and other relevant information on it?

The Echo and now Yaris are actually Toyota's worst car as far as reliability goes, mpg is ok but there are alot of cars with good mpg.

They are also about as safe on the road as you would be riding a bike.

its a great car to buy used. It was the earlier model of the Yaris.

it's highly reliable, good on gas, and cheap to insure. Perfect for a first car, or a commuter car. The car gets mid 30's MPG, and the back seating is a bit cramped.

If you're looking for a nice toyota, get a corolla, 95-96, My dad has bought six Toyota's already, 4 of them are 91 to 95, my brothers is a 95 and he barely does any maintenance on it, nothing big anyways, and he gets around 42 miles per gallon, thats city driving, I had a 91 and I used to get around 39, also city, all of our cars are standard which also helps on mileage. But it all depends on what you want!

i know that it was never really a popular car but i still see some on the roads today. i suppose it would be an ok car.
