Is the Fox 3.0 air shock garbage?

This shock came with my bike I just got. I have read some reviews on MTBR.com and not too impressed. I'm wondering if this shock is any good or if if these reviews are just a small majority of the people using it. Anyone know if this is a good shock?

  1. its an older model so its not as good as the 5.0
