  1. Yes, it is way healthier

  2. I have had it once, it was pretty good, it would be a good breakfast

    =]

  3. It's far from the worst breakfast at McDonald's, but I wouldn't really call it healthy.  It's still awfully high in sugar.  But if you can't get a healthy breakfast at home or something else, it won't do much harm unless you eat it more than once a week.

  4. that is what i eat every morning except on wednesdays cause i fast on that day

  5. no not really. i heard McD's breakfasts aren't good accept that new chicken biscuit sandwich.

  6. No. Yogurt is always touted as healthy but for the size many are loaded with calories....better to just buy some fresh fruit and eat that.  Try some oatmeal or farina with fresh fruit ...or some cereal with fresh fruit......

  7. I think it is a pretty good breakfast. Definently the healthiest thing they have for breakfast I would think.

  8. fruit and yogurt parfait (no granola)

    130 calories, 2g fat, 31g carbs, 4g protein

i like it with the granola...   more filling.

  9. No because it has a lot of fat in it... p.s. LOVE YOUR AVATAR!

  10. yes, but order some hasbrowns or the new chicken breakfast sandwich along with the yogurt since you will be really hungry just eating the yogurt, and dont forget to buy a milk or orange juice also! :]

  11. Not really; it's very high in sugar.  Plus you're not getting a balanced meal.

  12. yes but you should eat more than that for breakfast it would be a healty snack.

  13. If you look at the nutritional facts it is low in fat, the snack size that is.  Comparing that to any other McDonald's breakfast it is healthy.  When it comes to the sugar, its not that big of a deal because sugar burns off the fastest and when you eat the yogurt in the morning you are sure to burn it off throughout the day.  Everything has sugar in it, even plain old fruit. Its not that you need to stay away from sugar, but just watch the amount you take in compared to what you will be working off.

  14. Snack size? I would say so. A lot better than something loaded with bacon and cheese.

  15. nothing at mcdonald's is a healthy meal. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day you should try somthing really healthy to get you fired up for the rest of the day!

  16. i saw one of their workers eating it this morning, she didn't look to happy
