Question:

Is the Honda Accord environmentally friendly?

I know that basically any car is not totally healthy but how is the Honda Accord?

I can't afford to buy a smartcar or a hybrid, so this is my option!

At least it isn't a hummer, right?

  2. Yes, very much so.  Avg. fuel efficiency for the 2008 is 26 mpg for the four cylinder.

    And it is a nice car, and Honda dealers are easy to deal with when you need maintenance and repair.

  3. No, the Accord is quite large and pretty powerful, so it only gets 25 mpg, and it costs nearly as much as a Prius (and more than a Smartcar) at $19,000.

    Consumer Reports just named the Honda Fit the best car for under $25,000.  It costs $15,000 and gets 36 mpg, so it's both a lot cheaper and a lot better for the environment than the Accord, and according to Consumer Reports, a better car overall.

    I have a Honda Accord LT and it is a mid size car it is a

    98 and i get 19 gal in town and on the hiway it is way over

    33 but i forgot now what it was but i was impressed..
