I have worked in this industry for over 30 years and enjoyed every one of them.

Advancement is better and faster if you are willing to learn and work hard and long hours. The pay of is great at the top. Many company executives and owner/operators started as low as a dishwasher or server. Learning even the so called lowliest of positions will give you experience to train others and give you the chance to advance faster.
