  1. He is doing a fair job.INDIA had some sucess in ODI & tests under his coaching.But he has his limitations.Most of the players in the indian test side are senior to him.That might not be a problem.What he can do is jest inspire them.

      After all, it's the players,not the coach who is on the field.


  2. And he was not in Sri Lanka. he was in South Africa attending his mother's funeral when India lost the third match.

  13. You can't expect results just like that.

    Tom Moody who coached Sri Lanka was criticised when he first started off, they wanted to axe him withiin months. But then he took Sri Lanka to the world cup final. You could sense his precense in the team.

    You need to allow the coach to get a feel of the losses and wins. He'll come through. Just because India lose does not mean the coach is not doing anything about it.
