With what's going on around the world these days and The US domination the way it is, it is necessay that India gets into this deal to procure the raw material needed. Australia would have never come forward if it was not for this deal.

Moreover, If, India decides to test a nuclear device once again, Would it make a difference, Deal or No Deal?

The sanctions will be on their way either ways!!!
