Is the IngenuiTea iced-tea maker any good?

I'm thinking about buying it for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I'm not quite sure how it works, though... that is, the description is the same as the regular tea kettles, doesn't explain what makes it an ICED-tea kettle.

Anyway, anyone own one and can tell me if they're good, and how the iced-tea one works?

Why would you buy an iced tea maker?  Get Lipton's COLD BREW tea bags (individual or pitcher sized).   They "brew" in 5 min. on the counter in cold water (no foam or scum either)
