Is the LG enV-VX-9900 like a digital camera?

Im going to get this phone for my graduation!it has lens like a digital camera so lets say i take a picture will i be able to transfer it in my computer?i LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PHONE ITS NOT VERY EXPENSIVE but i really want to know if its like a digi cam!thanks=)

It's very low resolution, but it is a digicam.  Don't expect to make very sharp photos larger than wallet-sized or 4x6 from it.  But it's great for capturing memories.

You have two ways to get the photos into your computer.  If you have web access, email the photos to yourself.

Otherwise, get a micro-sd memory card and capture your pictures on the card.  Most micro-sd cards come with an SD adaptor so you can fit your card into a memory card reader (about $10-20).  From there, you can copy the images into the computer, manipulate them, and make prints.
