Is the Leafs pick up of Jeff finger a good move?

I have been sitting here all day drinking watching whats happening with the UFA day today. The Leafs signed Jeff Finger for 3.5 per year, what are you're thoughts?

  1. Dumb move..They guy has played 94 NHL games and was an 11th round pick ( so obviously he is not a huge talent).

    He is just a 5 or 6th Defensemen..He played well in COL because they are a decent team..

    Toronto should make no attempt to get better by adding aged players for lots of money. THey need to suck for 2 years to get 2 TOP junior guys.. Im sick of Toronto trying to compete when they need to struggle.


  2. It was an alright move. Finger's good but he's nothing special.

  3. it doesn't hurt them they know that Matts is on his way out and they are trying to rebuild actually smart to bring some grit in.

  4. its not gonna make or break the team. its a so so move.
