Is the Lido Show in Paris better with or without dinner?

Hi, me and my husband are planning to go to the Lido show one evening that we are in Paris, so we were wondering if we should go for the show with dinner so that we can get in early and get the good seats? I looked at the menu online and frankly not at all interesting, but if we take without dinner we will be able to get in only at 9.00 pm and everyone with dinner would already be seated by the time we get in. Any suggestions?? Should we pay extra and somehow manage dinner just to get good seats??

I have a better idea. Save your money for something worthwhile rather than a Las Vegas style show whose primary attraction is bare breasted chorus girls.

There is nothing sophisticated, cosmopolitan, or high class about the Lido or the Moulin Rouge or the Crazy Horse.

In the days when "a hint of stocking was looked on as something shocking" these clubs may have represented the joie de vivre of Paris in contrast to the prudery of Victorian England and puritanical America. Today they are just ludicrously expensive tourist traps.

Do something truly tasteful and elegant, suitable for people of education and genuine sophistication like going to Bel Canto where talented young opera singers dish out arias along with the dinner. http://www.lebelcanto.com/

Rillifane is right again but I might add that the overpriced food is not good either at the Lido or any of those tourist places.
