Is the Luperon Beach Resort in the Dominican Republic a nice place?

I have booked a 2 week holiday there for next year and wondered if anyone has been there and can tell me anything about it?

I recommend you go into Puerto Plata (this is where I always stay).

Its a lovely place with lots of shops and lots to do!!

I would recommend you do horse riding (Trail blazing) at Rancho Larilar In puerto Plata, we loved it.

We did various excursions over the period of four weeks but none of them compared to this.

You'l have a great time in the Dominican Republic, its beautiful regardless of where you stay :)

The Luperon Beach Resort is located near the bay/town of Luperon.

This small village is about 1 hour driving from Puerto Plata, so a bit isolated. Nerverless it is a very good resort, with a nice beach, animation team and cuisine are very good. The rooms are ok. If you decided to stay there, don't forget to go out of this beautifull hotel and discover this part of the country. You will find montains, sea (of course) and so many things (excursions) to do during your stay with us. I hope this helped a bit, if you need more info just ask, I'm a inbound tour operator myself.
