Is the MC_X260 260cc Gas Moped Scooter a good buy?

im looking to buy a MC_X260 260cc Gas Moped Scooter it is suppose to go like 85 mph, and have 70 mpg, here is the link maybe there is a place i can get it cheaper? http://www.scooterdepot.us/260cc-Super-Power-Gas-Moped-Scooter-p-408.html do you guys think it is a good buy, im 16 i only going to need it to get to work and school. and i kinda want to have it for a good long time like through my last 2 years of highschool and through college. i like the fact that it is fast and all but i dont want it too be really expensive and it doesnt need to be all that fast. I just thought that this one looked good so umm how about some help? is this a good buy for $2,500?

it looks good but thats up to you man, think about it, you will need a helmet, and if you really read that page your gonna need a license and you may need some heavier clothing for it.
