Is the Mcdonalds in the UK cleaner and posher than the ones in America?

i never been to America so i cant tell you but i have been to some other countries and the level of them are better in some than others...

my top rated ones are Singapore and Portugal, they are clean and the service is pretty good to...

in UK i just tend to avoid them since i have seen some creepy crawlers on some of them.

i hope this comment don't put you of your Mac, have a nice meal...

I think the ones in America are better, massive kids play areas and loads of business people eating in there so they have to be cleaner.

I think that the idea of fast food is sick

have you any idea how many trees are destroyed so mc donald can kill more cows that have fed where once were trees

and the poor animals don't even get a life  ..you are what you eat ...

how many ignorant people are basically destroing our planet just for their blind  desires of a fast hamburger ..and you are bringing your kids there ... and soon they'll have no oxygen to breathe while you feed them c**p ...revolting and decadent yes DECADENT

hey...i work for mcdonalds and well apparantly they preach about cleanliness and hygene to staff but it depends on the managers.some care ,some wudnt act if their was rats kicking about.And by the way.It is common for our night-time cleaners to find maggots in the shake machine(the machine which makes tasty milkshakes and ice cream).Anyway rules go out the window at peak time like when it is extremly busy,many blind eyes are turned when dropping many a burger bun or chicken sandwich.No-one really cares when theyre on the Minimum wage! Remember the American corperation makes more from a british store than an american one(depends on size and location obviously). £1 pound = $1.86 so....! Go to a restaurant or something! fast food places are never goin to be healthy.

I think it really depends on where you are. I can tell you that I have not been in a dirty McDonalds since the early 1990's - it was near Chicago in not a very nice area and was just dirty. I have been to a Burger King in the UK and can tell you it was EXACTLY like the ones in the US - same tables and flooring and everything.

Having been in McDonalds in both the UK and the US I would say they are both about the same - the cleanliness of the restaurants vary in both countries.

i went to one in vegas, and they are about the same, i suppose it's like here, it just depends on which one you go into and at what time of day.

i was born in the UK but i live in houston, i go back every summer and let me tell you. MCdonalds will suck wherever you find it. the only difference is that there are less of them. and that only makes them more busy with longer lines. they also have security guards for some reason. and the staff are nicer, but thats only because they are kind hearted english people

dirt and grime are part of the flavor, of the junk food i    had a big mack once and it made me  bad for a week, never no more. fish and chips is safer you can see the ingredient's.

Depends what you mean, Ive never been to the states, let alone a McDonalds there, but from what Ive read, they let each other eat *anything* there.

Doesnt happen in this country, not since Mad Cow anyway..
