no, dave mustain the lead singer is a christian.  He did say in an interview that early on he was into witch craft briefly and felt bad energies surrounding him so he stopped. Megadeth has backed out of shows that have had satanic death metal bands playing. There most recent work and a lot of their old stuff like "peace sells, and symphony of destruction" deal more with how the powers that be are the satanic evil ones waging wars as a mass sacrifice to their gods, while robbing and controlling the masses.
