Is the Micro Citabria a good radio controlled airplane?

Was looking into the Micro Citabria, because I want a smaller aircraft. How are the flight characteristics? What's the flight time? How does it perform in a 5-10mph breeze?

I'm not exactly sure which plane you're talking about,but, most micros are good for 10 to 15 min. flight times ,and Most  will not handle anything over 5 mph in the wind category.
