Is the NBA becoming more talent-packed?

Look at how many stars we have right now like Dwight Howard, Yao Ming, Kobe Bryant, Tracy McGrady, Dwyane Wade, Chris Paul, Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, Allen Iverson, Lebron James, Kevin Garnett, Tim Duncan, Amare Stoudemire etc etc. All those listed above are top level players.

We didnt have that many stars in the past. Back then its was mainly just bird vs magic or jordan vs drexler.

Also look at how difficult it is to enter the western conference playoffs. The eastern isnt really weak though, they have promising teams like hawks, sixers and champions boston celtics, pistons and magic.

It is getting very talent packed imo.

Back then they had barkley, ewing, hakeem, malone, stockton, pippen, kareem, parish, mchale, oscar, mj, magic, walton, lucas, bird, drexler, robinson

thats just to name a few...I wasn't around when they played, but I have watched videos of many of them and I can say that they were more talented.

I don't care...don't say these players are better then MJ, Kareem, Magic ect. because thier not.

This is expected. As time passes by, basketball is getting even more popular and almost every basketball player's dream is to get to the NBA. You can find talent in almost everywhere, not just in the US but all-around the world.

I am predicting that in the future, there might be a time where the NBA could overflow with talent that there can be a teams that has all their 5 starters as all-stars.

The only problem is, some NBA talents are signing with European teams for more money.

You're right, and I think you're forgetting a bunch more. Nowadays we don't have as many amazing dominating players like MJ and stuff, but we have more talent overall. And it's only gonna get better. I think Greg Oden and OJ Mayo are future stars, and could play on that type of level. We'll just have to wait and see.
