  1. My friend, New York City does not have a curfew for kids. You'll be fine.

In regard to the subway, the subway system is very safe during late night hours. However, since the 3 of you are teenagers, may I suggest you all travel in the conductor's car, which is located in the middle of the train, roughly the fifth or sixth car of the train.

You'll know you're in the conductor's car when you see the conductor sticks his head out to see that the train doors are close, and signal the driver to proceed.

Also, try not to fall asleep on the subway.

    Good luck

  2. no.. it should be ok if there's 3 of you guys.. but if you were alone then don't go on there ..

  3. No, there are no curfews about subways for teenagers.

However, just make sure not to fall asleep on subway, flash your jewerly, or always keep your backpack/parcels in front of you on both subway/buses.

Also, please note subway cars are few at late night, so it's best to wait for train at Off-Peak Waiting area.
