Is the Neighbours Comp a scam??

Do you reckon the Dolly/Neighbours compeition is real or just a way for Dolly to sell more magazines and Neighbours to have more exposure???

Like, why do they do it when it'd be easier and probably quicker to go trhough agencies and cast people?

its not a scam because people actually do win it

but i dunno why they do it through dolly, maybe because there are some good actors who dont have an agent
