Is the Ouija bord a dangerous game or not?

Question

I'm not shore if the game is dangerous or not because everyone always tell me that it is and others say no its harmless.Please can you tell me what you guys think.

don't muck about with them unless you know what your doing, and by that i don't mean googleing infomation on them.

and yeah they would be dangerous if someone whacked you on the head with one, i would know

I purchased a Ouija board and never had any luck until my cousin played with me. We contacted a 5 year old boy that called himself ZN. He talked about his horse lady and that he lived in Montana. We said goodbye the first time we played..... that was about a month ago. We decided to use the board again this past Saturday night and ZN contacted us again. We tried to contact someone else but he would not let us. After arguing with this child, it seemed that he finally left and we were able to contact my grandfather and my cousin's father. My cousin still thought that something wasn't right and asked the board why is was lying to us...... that is when the board started saying ZN back and forth and really fast. My cousin was angry with the spirit and became rather ugly with him. The spirit finally went away. We decided to move across the street to an old house where his grandparents past away at. We barely put our fingers on the planchette when it started moved very fast to the letters Z and N...... it was him again. He was very angry and finally revealed that his name was not ZN, he name was Lucifer and he hated God and he only talked to us and lied to us because we are addicted to the board. He was so upset that the planchette came off the board and did circles on the table. My cousin told him that he was not to talk to us anymore or we would destroy the board........ the spirit (devil) was furious and kept saying no no no no no......... we burned the board and it was immediate relief.......while we played you could feel the air getting heavy and becoming cold. It may not have been such a great move to burn the board, but neither one of us wanted it to use it anymore. I believe now that it is evil spirits that lure you in and play tricks to make you think you are talking to "the dead".

I've never had any negative experiences. I found out Mama Cass from the Mamas and the Papas was a rag in a past life. Also, one of my friends was a vacuum in a past life. Hahah!

Everyone says there dangerous but when you think about it....is there such things as ghosts? Some of the tv programmes i have watched have prooved that there is no ghosts, just ghost pranks so if there is no ghosts there can't be any 'demons'. If there's no demons then there is no heaven or h**l. *My oppinion*

If you think bad things will happen, then you are bound to scare yaself and blame it on the Ouija bord. The friday night project, the presenters used one....nothing has happened to them

The ouija board is not a dangerous game.  The ouija board is just a harmless game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, an ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It is meant for two or more players so it will not work very well if you try to use it alone.  It has no supernatural powers.  The people using the ouija board make it work through ideomotor movement.  It plays on your mind and imagination and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the imagination is a powerful thing, and can make you believe just about anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards and how to use them.
