first off.. if I knew what you meant my POSt falg, i would give you the best answer you could want.  But if you meen POST flag... as in someone flagged something that you posted.. its not a good thing.  it could mean that they didnt like your question or that they were offended by it.

No this is appears to be an old flag,which may be okay if that was when this city was settled, but not as a current falg or flag
