Is the Palm TX Handheld a phone?

i didnt think it was but i was reading the description on amazon and it was confusing. it said stuff about send text messages. and do i have to pay for the wi-fi? please tell me all you know. im desperate

  1. No its not a phone...  

    It is a pocket computer.  What they meant by text messaging is probably some program like AIM or MSN messenger.  You can listen to music, watch videos, play video games, and surf the net.


  2. I'm Afraid the TX is not a phone,but it has an awesome feature, thanks to blue-tooth   connection with your phone  you could call someone from the PDA
