  1. The show is based upon actual experiences that people report (whatver the cause) and the investigations are real even if highly edited for TV.  There may be many many flaws in their investigations but the show is based on real cases.

As usual a skeptic attacks a person more educated and qualified than himself because he is intellectually unequipped to debate the evidence.

I suggest reading Conscious Universe by Dean Radin and then any book put out by any skeptic (link to them below) and decide for yourself.

It's just ashame that skeptics don't support science or independent inquiry.

  2. Well, I think it is real. Read Untangled Minds by Dean Radin. It is very convincing.

  3. They appear to be real. Yes, their methods are different, but you are going to find with every PI, different methods of investigating.

  4. I think they're on the level. They're still new at this. People should give them a break! I remember when our local tv weatherman first started. He made so many mistakes..I cringed every time he was on...felt sorry for him. Now he's the main one and very popular. Maybe , in time, they'll get better. They're still kids...and you know what kids are like..usually think they know everything.  I used to be that way. Now my motto is: "All I know is ..I don't know!"

  5. The show is full of BULLCHIT and so are they. They also do things they should not. There seance type of thing is dangerous and definitely not recommended. Watch TAPS on Ghosthunters, they are a non-profit organization going on 17 years now.

  6. I heard somewhere (can't remember exactly where) that it was filmed three years ago while they were all in school.

But here's a link to the wikipedia page about it:

  7. Even if they covered purportedly real events in Paranormal State they do so in such a fantastical fashion as to render the end product fiction.

EDIT: P.S. Dean Radin is a certifiable nutcase.
