Is the Petrobras Oil Platform that sank still in the ocean?

yes it is because the thing is waaaaaaaaaaaay too big to be taken out of the water so... it's still there dead on the bottom of the ocean WHILE leaking oil :(

The platform sank on March 20, in 1200 meters (3,900 feet) of water with an estimated 1,500 metric tonnes (1,650 short tons) of crude oil remaining on board.

It's still there at the bottom of the ocean.  Leaking oil as we speak.
