Can we Tour.. Go & Come back from Delhi to Leh in Winter Seasons?

or is it Closed during Heavy Snow Falls?

No travel is possible in winter season in Leh and Ladakh by whatever means.

The road is closed for 6 months.

There is no railway link to Leh .

The roads remain closed most of the times during winter.

However , it is accessible by air ( from Delhi) . The flights are also canceled some times due to bad weather .

So, there is a high risk traveling Leh in winter ; but, it's not impossible.
