If yes, then how?

If no, then is it still a scientific proposition? Why?

  1. The principle of falsifiability is not a statement about the world.  It is a definition of one of the requirements for good science.  In the language of philosophy, it is an analytic statement rather than a synthetic statement.

  2. No.

No more than logic is externally verifiable (it isn't).

  3. No. It categorically is used as a methodology to determine if theories are scientific or unscientific.

Since you cannot check all theories, hypotheses, propositions and assertions - you cannot test the principle of falsifiability through observation.
