Is the Q-Cup on Freeport Blvd still open for business?

There's a shop on Freeport just north of Sac Executive Airport called Q-Cup that serves bubble teas as well as a ginormous ice cream dessert called a Q-Crepe. When I tried going there in Sept 07, they were closed for the day, but it was a weekday afternoon. Does anyone know if it's even open at all anymore?
