Is the Residential Cleaning Industry growing?

If I decided to start my own business which would be the cons and pros of managing this?

Pro's are that there is a market and i guess it is growing.   If you put in the hours you will be rewarded.

Cons:

- people people people - your staff will be the biggest hassle, expense, concern, asset.   So you need to be a STRONG manager.  IF you dont supervise them -get some who can/will.

- prone to personal liability - get good insurance
