Question:

Is the RipOffReport.com Rip Off a scam?

RipOffReport.com I recently found is the biggest rip off of all. Has anyone else relied on the website to find real info about a Company?

In haste, I had posted a refund issue I had with a company & after the company resolved my issue, RipOffReport.com refused to post my positive rebuttal. Turns out, they want negative posts so that they can contact various companies & offer to “resolve” issues for a high fee. If you want to post something positive after an issue is resolved, they refuse.

If a competitor wants to bad mouth another company, this is the perfect forum do to so…there is no verification & no questions asked.

Has anyone else relied on the RipOffReport for valid info? If you do an internet search about them, you will see they are more shady then the companies they bash.

  1. Actually, I did have an issue with a cell phone company and I went on ripoffreport.com and someone had posted the same incident and who they contacted and had positive results. I used that person's "tips" and it worked for me, I was able to get out of the contract.

I think alot of time there are people just looking to spout off, but there are some legit things on there too.  Email me if you want more info.
