Is the Samsung Q45 12.1" laptop any good?

Okay i haven't heard of the Samsung Q45 and i just googled it so i don't know much about it. but i would suggest for you if you want a simple laptop easy to work get a dell inspiron and it's also affordable.http://www.dell.com/content/products/pro...
