Is the Scream scary at six Flags?

We are visiting San Antonio and would like to go to six flags is it scary?????????(the scream) I have seen it around town and its real tall!!! PLEASE HELP!

its an ok ride when u ride it 4 the first couple of times then after a while u just appreciate the view

No way is it scary. There are far more scarier rides there. You should not be worried. Like another yahoo user said. All the rides are safe and secure. Once you get off you're gonna wanna go on it again.

Heyy!

Last yr I went to Six Flags like everyday of my life and could not go without riding the Scream. If it's your first time riding it then you're definitely going to freak out. It's like, they put you in the seats and then make sure their stuck down and then you're like anticipating going up and they don't tell you when, you just have to wait for it. It's such an adrenaline rush and yeah, it's just an awesome ride.

After riding it so much, it's still a blood rush and so much fun. It's like riding it the first time. You won't regret going to Six Flags, but I'd suggest you go either on a Tuesday or Thursday those are the less busy days at Six Flags.

It looks alot worse than it really is. You can expect a sudden launch (you can learn to know when the launch is coming by listening for a slight hissing sound), and some good airtime (floating off your seat a little) when you get to the top of the tower. Don't be intimidated when I say that, because the ride is designed to do that, and you will be very secure with over the shoulder harnesses and a seatbelt.

You will also float a little on the way back down the tower. It is not too intense, and you will get a nice view of Fiesta Texas and San Antonio at the top. Just remember that you will always be very secure, so get out there and ride, and enjoy the view while you are at it!

No, not scary at all in fact you'll definitely have a great time at 6 flags.

To be honest, roller coasters are something you're better off doing, rather than talk about, but don't be surprised if your head knocks against the side bars of the head rest from the scream ride. Just make sure your head is always positioned on the head rest before, during and after the ride!
