  1. Yeah it should be as the Warsaw Pact was formally dissolved in 1992.


  2. No. Entirely different. It's merely an organization to trade intelligence and other information on salafist jihadist terrorists like Al Queda that are a threat to the nations involved which are Russia, China and three former Soviet Central Asian Republics.  

  3. Actually it is not a miltary organization and there are no military manoeuvres under the flag of this organization.
