  1. My experience with S&W I would say yes, I have owned and have used there knives over the years. Are you looking fo a knife base on price? Or weight? Titantuium is really hard to machine and that alone dosn't make a knive good. TKnives have a Rockwell hardness and I recomend only buying knives oveer 58 Rockwell Hardness. I have been a fabricator for year and enjoy metal working, Straight titatium, tough strong is like tungsten and becomes brittle because it is so hard. I recomend high quality very high carbon steel.
