Is the Sprayway 804 safe for computers?

It says the can contains Liquefied Petroleum Gas (68476-85-7), Dimethyl Ether (115-10-6), and Tetrafluoroethane (811-97-2). I want to know if I can use the sprayway 804 to clean the inside of my cpu. Is it safe or will it damage my computer?
