  1. Yes there is such a thing, but they are not really toxic, and they do not hide in toilets. They are mere jumping spiders. Nothing to worry about. Whatever it was doing in a toilet!

  2. yes and no...the spider is a real jumping spider from asian jungles/rain forests, but it is not a deadly spider found under toilet seats....however black widows do hang out in warm damp places like outhouses and public bathrooms, and a bite from them (while rarely fatal in adults) will F your sh*t up.
