  1. Right on, Jester! You've covered all bases.

  2. Like the modern International Criminal Court Treaty, the United States did not sign the Univ. Declaration of Human Rights.  They still do every abuse mentioned in it except slavery, from arranged marriages, not allowing women's equality,  etc.  You read it!  The United States violates the Univ Decl. of Human Rights every day and never was covered by it or paid any attention to it.  Illiterate Akkadians are in power most of the time, and Europe is "nice".

  3. No, PR has been asked several times if it would like to become a state and they refuse, how can we be violating there rights when they don't want them, or pay federal tax.

  4. Jester's answer is right on target.

  5. They do vote. Every 8 years they choose to not become a state. They don't vote for thje US president because they are not a state, they don't pay taxes, but they do qualify for citizenship, welfare and other entitlement programs and have non-voting representatives in congress.
