On my yahoo homepage I noticed that a woman had been fined 1£16,000 for sharing games etc. but I thought UK was going for france's idea three strike policy first warning second temp ban to internet then perm ban so what happening then.

No she is the first of many pending. A woman in the US was also fined a £106,000 for downloading as well.
