  1. Pretty good question this one....

    First, I thought it could have been confused with UNFPA, which does exist within the UN....

    Ok, here's the scoop...  UNFCA stands for United Nations Funds Clearance Authority.  It has been mentioned before in Kosovo....  Apparently, it does exist in the UN.  The Secretariat Office is in London.
