Hi i was just wondering as of 2008 if the usa suffers from a big gang problem. Like is there really neighborhoods where theres dudes who go around in tank tops and blatantly have guns or is it always exagerrated in movies. Like is LA full of drive bys and other places like NY or is there other states where an outsider woudn't expect gang violence but there is i.e Alabama or something like that. Im doing this because im taking social studies and am now looking a crime in foreign places to see whats it like in the modern day. So if any US native could answer with detail and state the main places and if films alays exagerrate or if theres parts that are that then it would be appreciated. Thankyou.

  1. Yeah like we have the gang

    13 and 18

    In Lexington Nebraka

Theres really not that much drive bys but there is stealing breaking in

and people getting into fights and of course we got Mary Jane

  2. I doubt that but they are the most dangerous western world country but no t the most dangerous on Earth. Thats South Africa, Columbia and Jamaica.

But I use to think so too every movie the bring out has a gun somewhere and some shootout and their hood films ie boyz nd the hood etc its just stories which do happen but in certain areas

  3. It is pretty bad, since the gangs are not only in the major cities anymore, they also now have their "chapters" in the suburbs.  Thanks to the liberals, a lot of criminals no longer fear jail or prison, because the inmates pretty much rule them now (again thanks to the liberals not thinking the guards should actually keep order, etc) They know they can riot and the guards have to just watch, they can attack with deadly force and the guards have to be careful not to hurt their attackers too badly.
