Yes. The Uffizi is closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day, and every Monday, but not on the 6th. The opening times are available on their website: http://www.uffizi.com/timetable-services... You can make reservations through the tel no. +39 055 2654321. There was also a ticket reservations window open for the museums at the back of the Orsanmichele yesterday.
