Is the United States involved in any current European affairs?

tell me your opinion on if you think the U.S. should or should not be involved in European affairs.

Meaning what? "Affairs" could mean anything.

But we have our hands in many many things in Europe, like putting in the so-called Star Wars defensive missles in Eastern Europe, pissing off the Russians. We have diplomats in every European nation; we have gone to 2 wars with dozens of nations including Canada and Australia besides Europe--in Afghanistan and Iraq. We have military facilities in half a dozen countries including Germany and I think we still have one in Turkey.

So you see why I ask, what do you mean by "affairs"?

I think we should be involved in some and not in others. You must pick and choose because the State Department could probably give you a list of hundreds of things we are involved in in Europe.
