Is the University of Illlinois Champaign Urbana a good college? Can you be thorough in the explanations?

Yes, it is a good college. Its engineering department is one of the best in the US, with only arguably MIT, Stanford and Berkeley besting it.

omg!  I'm from there, yes it is an amazing college for engineering- that's what they specialize in.  My mom use to work there and she was the one that handles exam scores etc and when we there at the end of the summer, they said their offering a lot of their tests online now so people don't have to go all the way to Chicago for these tests and stuff.  Anyway, my mom says its a really great school- not to mention their basketball team has always been really good too.  I'm a fan of their team and stuff.  But honestly I liked living in Illinois in Champaign its a really great town with nice clean malls and stuff.
