With the darker colors, especially black being genetically dominant over white,  then yes.  Eventually the melting pot will mix up some colors and white will be a minority.

For centuries, Europeans were pretty much locked on their own Continent where white  bred with white as well as Asians with Asians and blacks with blacks.

Over the last 50 years we have spread all over the world and the world has joined us in our countries.

Its just nature doing her thing.
